Four move up in Forsyth Fire Department | News

FORSYTH COUNTY -- The Forsyth County Fire Department has promoted four personnel.

In a ceremony held on Friday at the Forsyth County Public Safety Complex, three personnel were promoted to the rank of division chief and one to the rank of lieutenant.

Acording to the Fire Department, the three division chief positions are newly created positions, established as part of a re-organization within the Fire Department.

The three new rank of division chiefs are Brenda Green, Captain Jason Shivers and Kevin Wallace.

"These individuals are filling key positions within the department which have been created as a part of the department-wide plan of improvement," Fire Chief Danny Bowman said.

Firefighter II Keith Pertschi was promoted to the rank of lietenant at the ceremony.
