MILTON, Ga. -- On Wednesday, Milton Police arrested a man they believe is responsible for burglarizing the 'Cue Barbeque restaurant in Milton, last month.
The 60-year-old man, Samuel L. Mosley, is a convicted burglar. Police say he broke into 'Cue through the back door using a crowbar at around 7 a.m. on September 26.
Surveillance footage from the restaurant shows Mosley rummaging through the bar and making his way to the back office, where he broke into a safe and stole $1,000. Officers said left just before the first employee showed up for work.
Officers have been looking for Mosley for months; he left Telfair State Prison in March after serving time for one of four cases that date back to 1989. Mosley had previously served eight years for a burglary in Whitefield County.
He also has outstanding warrants in Lake City and Cherokee County, and officers suspect he committed similar crimes in Forsyth and Cobb Counties.
When Mosley was arrested, he allegedly had a 9mm handgun.
