Metro Atlanta Super 25 poll from USA Today | News
ATLANTA -- The latest edition of the Metro Atlanta Super 25 high school football poll by USA Today is here.
Like last week, there are teams moving up and down, with a new face appearing for the first time this season. The name at the top remains the same and has the rest of the metro area seeing blue.
Norcross is still perfect and is No. 1 this week, headed into a region showdown with Collins Hill; the Eagles are in the Super 25 for the first time this season at No. 22.
Grayson is second, with Sandy Creek third and Parkview forth. North Gwinnett is fifth this week and will face No. 18 Mill Creek Friday night.
The poll has Lassiter sixth and South Gwinnett seventh. West Forsyth is eighth and will meet Johns Creek this week in a battle of unbeaten teams. Lovejoy and M.L. King, Jr round out the top 10.
Stephenson is 11th and Tucker is 14th; they are set to square off on at Hallford Stadium Friday night.
Milton is 20th this week, with Archer up to 21st, while Walton hangs in at 25th after its loss to Lassiter. North Cobb fell out of the Super 25 after an overtime loss to South Cobb.
