CUMMING, Ga. -- Police have made a second arrest involving a car crash that killed a 17-year-old in Forsyth County.

The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office responded to the crash after 1 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Kelly Mill Road and Rockingham Run in Cumming.

Deputies say 17-year-old Adam Dimillo was at the wheel of a 2011 Dodge Ram Truck with four teenaged friends inside when he lost control of the truck and hit a telephone pole.

Paul Castell Jr., 17, of Dawsonville, who goes by the name "Louie" was ejected from the truck and killed. Dimillo and the three other passengers all received injuries in the crash.

Adam Dimillo faces charges of vehicular homicide, DUI and underage possession/consumption of alcohol. He was granted bond at his first court appearance Monday. Bond was set at $19,965.

11Alive has learned that Dimillo is on probation for underage consumption of alcohol. The sheriff's office said he was stopped while walking near his school and released into the custody of his parents. Thirty-nine minutes later, he was arrested after allegedly leaving his home while still intoxicated.

Investigators said they learned that Dimillo, Pastell and the other passengers had left the home of 18-year-old Jeremiah Funke in a subdivision off Hyde Road, where a party had taken place involving about 60 teens. Sheriff's deputies arrested Funke and charged him with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor and maintaining a disorderly house.

According to the Sheriff's office, Funke's parents were out of town at the time of the party. Investigators are trying to determine who bought the alcohol for the teens.

Funke is out of the Forsyth County Dentention Center after posting a bond of $2,365, according to the sheriff's office.

Friends of Dimillo visited the scene of the crash Sunday afternoon. They said friends had offered to drive him home that night, but he refused.
