11-Year-Old Author Will be a Part of Exceptional Child Week Bookfair | People

On February 27th, beginning at 6:00 p.m., 11-year-old author Sarah Voskamp will be at the Barnes and Noble bookstore at The Avenue in Cumming signing her book "Filly Girls" as a part of the Exceptional Child Week Bookfair. Sarah who wrote the book when she was 9-years-old, was published in December of 2010 by BQB Publishing of Cumming. Her book is a popular read for 7-12 year-olds, especially those who love horses.

Sarah who currently attends Vickery Creek Middle School has traveled around Georgia, Florida, and even in to Canada to read her book to elementary school children and to promote her message "You don't have to be big to do big things."
