ATLANTA --  After spending Sunday morning in church and after filling up all your Easter baskets with those hard to find eggs at your favorite Easter Egg hunt, Atlantans will be on the hunt for a great brunch.  Looks like it will be another great Sunday, weather-wise, so I suggest checking out somewhere with a outdoor patio!   Here is a list of restuarants offering special Easter menus.

 

This is the first year Alpine Bakery and Trattoria in Alpharetta will be open for Easter dining. At 10 a.m., guests can peruse the bakery while they wait for the restaurant’s first seating at noon. Chicken and the Egg is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will begin serving special Easter menu items at 11 a.m. The cost of the items ranges from $12-$25. For reservations, call 678-388-8813. www.chickandtheegg.com

Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Dunwoody is serving an elegant three-course sit-down menu from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. For an appetizer, guests can choose between wedge salad and fresh fruit medley. Entrée course options include the filet mignon Benedict, New Orleans-style French toast, Fleming’s frittata or steakhouse filet mignon Cobb. All entrées are served with potatoes O’Brien and sautéed green beans. Choice of desserts includes white chocolate bread pudding, crème brulee or walnut turtle pie. The price is $34.95 per person with a children’s version for $16.95 (tax and gratuity not included). The Blood Orange Fizz, a new brunch cocktail, is $6.95. Ray’s at Killer Creek in Alpharetta is serving Easter brunch from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The cost is $29.95 for adults, $14.95 for kids ages 5-10 and free for children 4 and under.
