Heather Clark, director at Act Together Ministries has a strong desire to help local children in need. Her blog, “Give. Build. Inspire!” offers simple suggestions for how you and your family can get involved with helping children in North Metro Atlanta. The blog also includes family strengtheners, inspirational poems, and thought provoking posts about our Heavenly Father. Heather studied child development, earned a degree in early childhood education from Ogelthorpe University and has 7 years prior experience as an elementary school teacher.
Act Together is a 501(c) 3 children’s charity located in Alpharetta. Programs and services are offered to foster children, children in low income families, and other groups of distressed children throughout the North Metro Atlanta area. Programs include educational incentives for school achievement, mentoring, sports and enrichment scholarships, Christmas and birthday sponsorships & more.
